Welcome to Kain Lawyers’ 2026 Clerkship Program Application.

We’re excited to offer a dynamic and immersive experience for aspiring lawyers who are passionate about building a career in transactional law. Many of our past clerks have gone on to enjoy long and successful careers with us and we’re proud of the role our program plays in shaping future legal talent.

With a strong track record of transitioning clerks into permanent roles, our clerkship program and application process are both comprehensive and thoughtfully designed to support long-term professional growth. Throughout the program, clerks gain meaningful exposure to real legal work, guided by experienced mentors who are deeply invested in their development.

At Kain, we take a holistic approach to recruitment. We consider a range of factors including academic performance (GPA), relevant work and life experience and, most importantly, your genuine interest in becoming a transactional lawyer. We value diversity of thought, background and ambition and we’re looking for individuals who are curious, collaborative and committed to making a difference.
